Stompers Den Fun Session for Children aged 4 to 10 years - Tuesday 1st June. 11am to 1.30pm |

Rossis Leisure Centre. Aylsham Road. North Walsham Norfolk We have hired the Stomper Den for a group fun session and have the party area for 2 hours as a private function. There will be hot food and squash provided. The aim of the event is for you to meet other families with diabetes and for your children to enjoy the facilities. The cost to you is only £8.00 for any non-diabetic child attending the party (we will pay for your child with diabetes), adults go free (drinks and snacks are available to buy).

Southern Comfort Mississippi Paddle Boat Trip
We will travel up the narrow channel from the River Bure, passing lovely old thatched houses and windmills, and into the wide expanse of the beautiful reed fringed Ranworth Broad, with its ancient church tower peeping over the trees. Here, the boat will carry out a wide sweep of the broad, ready to retrace the route back to Horning.
Throughout the outward voyage, you can enjoy the commentary of the skipper, who has local knowledge second to none as well as a keen eye for spotting and pointing out the wildlife you might otherwise have missed. For better views why not sit on the upper deck and admire the ever changing scenery of thatched cottages and boat houses, reed beds and the famous Horning Ferry Wind Pump. Alternatively, if the wind is slightly chill, you can be snug down in the lower deck and watch the view glide past through the lounge windows.
